Our policy and guide lines
The driver’s booking is accepted subject to availability and also subject to the driver’s reporting on the day of booking to the Subo Drivers Center. Subo will make efforts but does not take any responsibility for the driver’s non-reporting on duty or otherwise.
Please check all particular documents and car accessories or belongings before releasing the driver after the trip ends.
The driver is authorized to check all documents related to the vehicle. Similarly, the owner of the car (the customer) is also responsible for checking the validity of a driver’s license.
In case the car is in unfit condition, the driver may refuse to drive the vehicle with proper evidence, of course, but ₹ 100/- cancel charge payment has to be made for requisitioning the driver.

Please call our helpline at +91-9163121002 in the event of an emergency, such as an accident or damage to a vehicle, while the driver is on duty. Although we will do everything in our power to assist our customers, Subo Drivers Center and our driver cannot be held accountable for any accidents or damage.
Our within-Kolkata payment structure (hourly)
5 hours in 5 seater car – Rs 450/- (0 km to 70 km)
After 5 hours over – Rs 60/- (per hour)
After 11 pm night charge will be applicable – Rs 100/-
After 12 am over – Rs 100/- (per hour)
5 hours in 7 seater car- Rs 500/- (0 km to 70 km)
After 5 hours over – Rs 70/- (per hour)
After 11 pm night charge will be applicable – Rs 100/-
After 12 am over – Rs 100/- (per hour)
5 hours in luxury car- Rs 600/- (0 km to 70 km)
After 5 hours over – Rs 80/- (per hour)
After 11 pm night charge will be applicable – Rs 100/-
After 12 am over – Rs 100/- (per hour)
5 hours in 5 seater car – Rs 550/- (70 km to 150 km)
